Customer Service trainingrequired .Young Alex should be allowed to make more decisions

To get a Grip sealer brand Brick sealant ,I had to visit the Cedar Square store twice,call around three times ( different executive),even though it was showing online and also after call from the store that they have two remaining . Someone named Bongwani was continuously refusing stock in shop floor even , and when I showed that Alex the guy had called me to confirm,he said he didn't know ...Why are you even in customer service then?

There is a lack of communication between this staff and others it seems . Just thankful that there were others live enough in the store to sort.jr out as all nearby builders had none and I had the option to travel to Northgate or rivonia which was not possible due to workers at home .
