Customer service is at the store next door.
I have decided to give a bad rating because i feel that Builders Warehouse witbank has gone the extra mile backwards. I am a busy person who buys there weekly! Almost daily.
The first thing that upset me was that on a day that they supposedly open 7am, i was told to wait 5 min which i had no problem with. 25min later i got in my car and bought the items i needed from Cashbuild. Seriously time is important guys! I dont mind waiting but you caused 4 customers to get in their car and drive to a different retailer and waisted their time...
The second issue i have is that the customers needs to move out of the employee's way on a constant basis. My limit was when my 6 month pregnant wife had to move out of the way of a employee who stormed down an aisle and looked at my wife as if she had done something wrong. The best part of this is that this was not a nomal floor worker but someone more management level. We left immediately.
The last thing that irritated me was when i took my gas bottle for a refill, the guy bringing back my bottle stacked between braai grid looking things and then yanking it out between them. Hey dude i take care of the stuff i have and in 20min you changed a gas bottle looking like new to one that looks like it arrived from WW2.... i was so ****ed i took my banged up bottle and left. I shouldve stayed there and demanded a new bottle but with the past 2 weeks of experience of this place i was just boiling.
In short, service sucks! Like really really sucks! Pregnant woman beware. Oh and dont refill there if your bottle still looks like new, it wont be the same after.

I would like to firstly apologize to yourself and your wife for the service received. I can assure you that this isn't the way we want you to be treated when shopping with us. I would like to have a look into this for you and also provide feedback.
I will be giving you a call shortly.
