Customer service breeds loyalty

Edenvale branch: I bought a tin of bronze paint some time ago during lockdown 3. Opening it up last week I saw that it was somehow defective and was black paint. The returns lady and manager, after initially dismissing my claim as i did not have a receipt, went to the trouble of finding the purchase date etc from my credit card date. Much appreciated that I could swop for the right product.
