Customer is a big Fat Zero to Builders...
<p>Among other, Builders Warehouse is unreliable. I purchased some goods at Builders on Sunday, 11 Sept, invoice number C ********** . To save myself the inconvenience of transporting the goods myself (± 470 kg weight split over 2 manageable trips) I paid Builders Warehouse R375 to deliver the goods to my house. I was told that delivery would be made Wednesday, 14 Sept. By lunchtime on Wednesday, Builders had not yet made delivery. I then phoned into Builders several times to inquire the status of the delivery. At 3pm I was told the truck was 10 minutes away, at 3:20pm I was told the truck was only leaving then, at 5pm I was told no one knew what was going on and at 5:45pm I was told Builders could now only deliver on Thursday 15 Sept. From the bottom of my heart I’d like to thank Builders for: the contempt that they treat their customers with, for messing me around, and from details provided me about the delivery, apparently lying to me. I can’t help but feel that the customer is a big fat ZERO in your book, thanks. Tomorrow I intend to take more time off work and would appreciate a full refund on my purchase; I’d rather go to Cash Build.</p> <p> </p>

Yada Yada Yada, is that all you have to say - your reply appears to be a 30 second copy & paste effort that is strikingly similar to that noted on the numerous other critical reviews posted . Next year when you finally all wake up only then will it perhaps dawn on you all that: you made me take time off work, which thanks to you lot I now have to work back and made me run around unnecessarily. If you were REALLY sorry you'd put your money where your motor mouth is and offer me a discount, but you can't even do that. From your reply you have no authority to deal with my compliant, you've merely referred it - Bravo! What a waste of time. Builders is an unreliable and ************* Brand.
