Customer Careline Not Responding
I've logged an enquiry on Builders Warehouse's website, enquiring about a generator and their availability.<br> This was a week ago. NO RESPONSE to date. <br> <br> What is the point of having a customer e-mail enquiry system if it is not working and you don't really CARE???<br> <br> Might as well leave the whole thing if you cannot manage it.
