Customer care is non existent at BUILDERS MAFIKENG

Builders Mafikeng should either close down or hire new competent staff. I've just been to the shop now spend 45min without receiving any assistance. I approached more than two personals who were just floating in the shop, to assist but none of them bugged. The nursery department is a disgrace this is the third time am living the shop without being assisted. The last time I was i waited for the attendant while he was busy chatting to people in the parkinglot. Today almost 7 clients left without receiving the necessary help. Fix BUILDERS MAFIKENG or your revenue will deteriorate
