customer care failure
I took up an offer of a R400 voucher to open an account. This is not a voucher but a discount against spending R4000. I have been trying to cancel the deal but receive no reply from email.
I have rep**** to the review sent to me by builders but they cant seem to reply to my email.
I am hoping that whoever should be attending to email will see this.
