Custom Blinds : Worst Service Ever

The worst purchase / service experience I've had in a very long time. I ordered custom blinds from Builders as there quote and service offering was very competitive. The appointed someone measure the blinds and I paid for construction, delivery and installation. Over a month later we've had delivery but when the installer came one of the 3 blinds was not the correct width. We've tried repeatedly to get this resolved BUT the fact that the installer is a contracted installer meant they did not take the incorrectly sized blind away (or provide the correct measurements) and now getting someone to return our call has proven impossible.
