****** and *******

On 11/12/21 I bought and paid for a set of burglar bars online. The website notified me to go and collect my order from Builder's Warehouse Park Rynie. I drove all the way there for nothing. After an endless series of hassles they informed me they didn't have stock of the item. This, after I had PAID for the order, and was told to come and collect it! They said they would order it and let me know when they got it back in stock. This, after I had PAID for the order, and was told to come and collect it!

So, TWO weeks later, nothing. I went online to check my order status...and it said the order was "complete". No it isn't! I still haven't received my order! I then contacted Builder's and asked for them to resolve this issue. They just completely IGNORED me! No reply.

So they basically took my money and then never supp**** me with the product that I HAD PAID FOR!!! Bunch of ****** and ********. I have NEVER experienced this before. Builder's is supposed to be a reputable company yet they just stole my money and refused to supply me with my goods. Now I'm going to have to go open a case with the police for *****.

This is a major hassle for me now. I just wanted to buy a burglar bar, something which should've been completely straightforward, yet they have turned it into a complete nightmare! Why should anyone buy from these ******** and *******? I am so disappointed.
