craighall park store is too embarrassing to mention pooooor show

walked around looking for assistance sunday morning at your craighall park store , 30 mins of being ignored left me with no hope ...such a waste , great store with no staff that even say hello to a customer ?? just ignored , and forced to leave to go to smaller hardware stores .... too sad and embarrassing , your staff should be ashamed - in fact they should pay you back some of their salary :(
