Covid protocol joke

Builders Warehouse Northriding, once again you showing off your total incompetence. At least, for a change, all the items I bought, were correctly priced.

Your covid protocols, however, what a joke!! You won't allow costumers inside your store without wearing a mask and sanitizing. Once inside, everything is like normal, which is fantastic. Until it comes to the paypoints, where very strict social distancing is once again required (absolutely amazing how clever this covid virus is, that it can spread forwards and backwards at the payments, but cannot spread sideways elsewhere in the store).

Then, once a customer has paid for their goods, ALL covid protocols are completely abandoned!! People are forced to converge at the exit point, while the security inspecting the contents of your bag/trolley, while observing ZERO social distancing, then taking your slip and stamping it WITHOUT ever sanitizing!

So BWH, make up your mind and be consistent. Either stick to the unproved joke called covid protocols AT ALL TIMES, or abolish them completely!!

Also, WHY do you need to check MY GOODS that I have ALREADY PAID FOR before I can exit your store?
