COSSANO WOODEN PENDANT 700MM - Pathetic Cheap Material

I bought the COSSANO PENDANT 700MM light - wooden , and it broke at the joining point . We brought the light back to Builders stating we need to replace that joint part, their argument is the warranty is just for a year and they cannot assist. The mere fact that each and every store with this pendant, it is broken EXACTLY the same place meaning its poorly designed. I bought this light for R2300 for it to have broken over just 1 year. The Manager ADAM in Builders Midrand was so rude to the extend that he told me to come fetch my light as they can no longer have it in their property, after only one phone call to me whilst I had to drive twice to them for feedback. apparently the supplier discontinued them but why did Builders take their cheap material product and refuse to Help after it defaults on exactly the same spot?
