*******ion and devaluation of customers at builders

I bought Dulux paints from builders Parow and the man who helped me wanted me to put a R200 in the paint booklet for him to mix my paint to a colour of my choice. This *******ion is pathetic. Non the less I went back a week or so later to buy outside paint and made up my mind that I was not going to use Dulux so I tried fired Earth which was good as a exterior paint and I thought I'd buy the ***gy pink nursery paint because the sales assistant recommended it and said it would cover 4 walls. I painted only 2 walls and it looks so so terrible I have utmost regret in buying the product. My nursery looks so so horrible and the bad part is I buy so much things from builders but they can't even give me discount to buy a new tub of nursery paint to fix the horrible walls.. service and quality of products are terrible!
