Continues bad service Builder's Wharehouse

Bad service Builder's Cape Gate and Parow.2 days at Cape Gate. No staff to assist at the tiles dept.Promises that stock is there, only to find out there's nothing. 2 days is a row. No staff to assist lying about stock thats not there. Found stock in Parow, bought 7 boxes flooring, requested oak Grey. They load, back at house after laying the floor They saw its off white. Now it's back again ,fuel at my expense. Sorry builders, it's not the first time. Your client service suck.
