Contact number update
I sent an email on Saturday to send change my contact as the initial number I used is no longer in use , I was using the number I want to be updated now which I don’t know why they changed it back to the non existent number I received an email saying my number has been updated but when I go instore to use my card the number is still not updated… this is an inconvenience as I need to use the money on my card… the store as to call the head office all the time with no assistance, very bad service as this is my card and money

18 Jul 2024, 15:01Someone called me in the morning and said they will make my query a priority, still no update… which business takes 7 days to update a contact number ? You can’t even call them apparently they only accept emails… what’s more frustrating is that that my money in the card and I need to use it urgently.
Also why would I receive an email saying number has been updated and when I go to store it’s not ?
