Complaint

I placed an order on Tuesday and paid for it.

Then they send me n sms to advise me that it will be delivered on Thursday the 21st Oct 2020 and then I called the delivery company to find out where my order was. They advised me that a other company will do the delivery.

I then called on Friday to find out where it is and they said they will call me back for an update the same date. It is Saturday and I am still waiting on an updated.
