Complaint

Today I went to Builders Warehouse Strubensvalley and had such shocking service from the Blinds and Curtain Dept. Firstly there was a guy by the name of Clement sitting at the desk and was helping a client so I presumed he would assist in this dept, only to be told after waiting for 15 minutes that he does not work there and I must go and find the person working in that dept cause he is not sure where she went. He then tells me he does not know who can help and I must go and complain to a Manager. This guy definitely does not care about Customer Service, cause he has such attitude. I had to go to Information and get a Manager to come and assist. There was other clients standing at this dept and also complaining. No Service and the poor Manager just kept quite and tried to assist. No accountability thats why the staff do as they please. Clement does not deserve to be working with clients in my opinion.
