Complaint

Hi I bought a Bennett read HPW XTR 2000 bar Oran for R3 300 on the 17/04/23 at Builders warehouse in George.

After 3 week the machine got damaged I brought it back on the 28th of May. They never wanted to refund me and made arrangements for it to be repaired by Tevo.

1stly there ain't any communication with Tevo , I went several times to the warehouse with no Luck, called the man incharge with no luck his phone is forever on voice mail. On the 13 June ,a lady Called Thembakazi in PE called me to make a payment of R1060 in order for them to proceed with the repairs. I came back to builders with this complaint and finally a guy from TEVO was there , who rudely attended us , defending his Father who is the regional manager. The *** is blaming builders for all the delays and inconveniences ,stating Builders never sent them any recipients.

Now my machine haven't been repaired till this date nor are keeping me updated with any outstanding receipts and yet their policy has a 21day for repairs.

I need the machine urgently and I don't know how long it will take as Builders is Blaming Tevo and Tevo blaming Builders. I really don't how to go about this hence writing to you Hello Peter
