Complaint :Builders Warehouse Cape Gate

Hi

On the 5th I ordered 3 boards from Builders Cape Gate and delivered to Pinehurst (that is 4km from Builders Warehouse).

The person I spoke to is Vernon Hendricks. He said that they would only be able to do it tomorrow (the 6th).

On the 6th I got a call from the delivery team, they asked if they can deliver the boards. I said yes.

3 minutes later I got another call to say that it hasn't been cut yet (so I assumed that it would be delivered when they cut it).

On Friday I was still awaiting delivery. So I phoned dispatch and they put me through to the salesperson. He said that they didn't have stock.

So I phoned again and spoke to a Herbert (a manager).

I got another call from Vernon saying that he ordered stock from another branch and that they would deliver when they had a truck available.

It still hasn't been delivered yet.

I would like them to cancel the sale. I went to a reputable supplier. And don't ask me to go back to the store.
