Complaint at Builders Express Umgeni Road

I took an item (washing line) back to builders express Umgeni rd, as a part was damaged. The manager accused me of damaging the item and said that I damaged it by installing the line. But the part that was damaged did not make it possible for me to install the line. This was common sense and I tried to explain that but he wouldn't listen. He was disrespectful and condescending to me. Eventually when I realized I was getting nowhere with him, I was taking my item back. He then started taking pictures of my item which he had no right to do nor did he ask my permission to take out pictures. We support builders warehouse and yet when we need the support, we do not receive it. Terrible service!!!!!
