complaint against builders

<p>I recently bought items @ builders warehouse, ,,,i was satisfied with everything I bought accept the 5 liter paint. Now when returning the paint they don't want to take it back, ,they are telling me that they don't give refund on paints. Firstly at the point of sale they didn't educate me on their policy,the slip doesn't even say anything abt their policy now this is a matter of principle not money they are suppose to do the write things the first time and also train their stuff very well, ,,wat ****es me off is dat the manager(David Sima) had a stinking attitude towards my girlfriend cause I asked her to return the paint for me since I'm @ work,now shoud I only complain if the item is worth thousands of rands? I know the paint is 400 rands, 5 liter,,,and it's expensive for me it won't also complete the job I want to do. The nca gave us right I'm taking the matter further to ombudsman now.</p>
