Complaint about service and product

I made an online purchase in store on 1April 2023, Order ***. Delivery would have been on 5 April. On 7 April I contacted their Client Service center to find out what is the delay. A number of agents called me to rectify the problem but it is 19 April today and since 12 April I have had no feedback and NO DELIVERY of the product. I am Near R3000 out of pocket and Builders Warehouse is quiet. I will recommend, stay away from their on line service in total. In fact the stock they keep on many levels have proven to be of lesser quality so just drive straight past to a Chamberlains or your nearest local Hardware you will be happier for it.
