Complaint about rotten Service at Builderswarehouse in Rivonia.
I bought blinds at their Rivonia outlet. they got the measurements wrong and i gave them proof that it was their fault but they refused to assist me saying I can only get a 20% discount when i ordered new blinds. Basically they told me to pay for their mistake and were not interested in assisting me.
