Complaint about POOR Service

bought 10 Cubic River Sand , 20 Bags of Cement andl for Bonding liquid on the 7th August 2023

On the 8th August 2023 they delivered Building Sands , i then contacted your Customer Care I was on call for 21 Minutes with the Agent who told me she is unable to get through to the store and ask me how far do i stay from the store ,she promised to escalate my complaint , however on the 9th August 2023 i drove to the store , I was told the sales people are not working and no manager who can handle my qiry .The manager will call me today on the 10th August 2023 .It is 17:30 no one has contacted me from the store
