Complaining about geyser

I bought geyser from them last year may and complained to them in March 2022 regarding the leaking that is happening and with their response they send me documents and that they will replace the geyser by refunding till today I keep on communicating with a guy by the name of Robert and he keeps saying to me he is waiting for finance to release the authority now my question is why and what should happen before they help me I gave kids and worried they will get burned as the water leakage are hot
