complain

I went to builders warehouse Southgate i saw they face mask was price R9.99 and when got to the till to pay they said it was r39.99 and i spoke to the manager and refused to let me pay the amount there. she was rude there is not TCF in that store she is using false advertising.

Reviewer Update
I am really annoyed there's a guy called Marvin that called me to shout at saying that the pricing was correct and it wasn't because it had three amounts that did not specify the amount that the customers is saving and i ended up hanging up on him as he was not professional on that call those guys need training there is no good customer service in that store
