Complain about builderswarehouse bedworthpark

I bought 2 interior doors from builderswarehouse in bedworthpark i was assisted by a male by the name of Jerry Motsebe i also paid for installation only for one door the process of buying took about am hour plus to process on his system.I waited for a week before being called by installation people until i drove there with my own fuel to enquire that's when they attended to my complaint and my door was installed.I went there for the second time to pay for the installation for another door the same thing happened i had to go back again to enquire for my complaint to be attended again i spoke to the manager Mr Frikkie I'm still waiting for their service even now is like when you paid your money they don't care what happens afterwards they don't even do follow up I'm very disappointed
