Competent advertising - false or not

I went to builders warehouse north riding and was happy to see a special price on a Samsung air conditioner @ R6390,00 with excitement I asked the staff if they had in stock and did a internet check on price check only to be somewhat confused at what builders was advertising, the photo on the price cut leaflet was off the AR5000 but description was off a boracay unit, I then questioned the staff on what the leaflet showed and the staff at first disagreed and argued with me until I proved it, I was then advised to go see management and they dismissed me on the query raised.
