Clueless, useless staff
NEVER, EVER ask any of the floor staff for advice on any of the products. Every single time I ask for advice I get incorrect information - which is way worse than if they had to say they don't know. I have had countless projects ruined because staff spew absolute ******* out of their mouths. I have wasted thousands of rands and the worst part is that they refuse to take responsibility every. single. time. It's almost as if to get a job at Builders Warehouse you have to e an expert at improvisational lying.
