CLOSE UP YOUR ONLINE STORE! YOU'LL CLEARLY DONT KNOW WHAT YOU'LL ARE DOING

After going to builders warehouse in Boksburg Gauteng. looking for a microwave i saw online... They said they were sold out.. I asked them to look at the closest branch that had stock and id get it from there... They checked and Kempton park had 3 available.

So i went online. Saw they still had stock. Added my store as Kempton park. And purchased the microwave with my card online. .

Im supposed to pick up in 3 days time. But a rude lady called this morning from the store stating that they have no stock. Which i explicitly explained online it stated 3 available and thats why i purchased it!

She was quite rude when she explained that the supplier is out of stock and at the branch they dont have the stock... Even when i thought i could wait till they get stock and said to her, she should keep me updated she just kept quiet on the phone and then rudely explained that if i want to wait , i must wait for 4 to 5 weeks. . And they still not sure if they will get stock... Then i just got very ****** irritated and asked her for my refund....

Please pay me back as soon as possible!!!! As i need to purchase a ****** microwave asap!! .. Thanks for wasting my ****** time .
