Cheated customer

I bought a generator on the 23 July 2020 and went back for repairs on 17 September 2020. It a half tank petrol with no dent, I called them on the 12 October 2020 to follow up only to find that I must R285 for it to be repaired which I did. If I didn't call them how was I going to knows that I must pay R285. I fetch the generator the was know petrol and the is dents, I asked about my petrol and I was told they will deliver it. I call today to follow up and I am told Ryobi will not refund the petrol as promised. Roybi is the supplier and they told my generator will half tank petrol.
