Cashier at Till No. 0003
I just came back from Builders Express Craighall, and i bought some paint and brush. Coming to the till i see that the price on the brush is not the same as the one on the shelf. I did inform the cashier but the lady/packer who was behind her told me that it is the right price maybe did not see the price. I confirmed that I know what i saw. She continued with the transaction and i said i have the right to pay for the price i saw on the shelf. I went back and took a pic on the shelf and I am 100% correct the amount I saw on the shelf. She kept telling me “I must make sure that the price is for a 100 mm brush” I have the photos to prove this. Not happy at all.
