When Eskom started load shedding this year I was desperate to find an inverter to ensure constant power supply as I work from home. I called almost every Builder's Warehouse in Gauteng (and beyond) looking for an inverter. When I spoke to S'fiso he was very knowledgeable about the inverters and exactly which one I would need. Although the Boksburg branch did not have stock, he went out of his way to find a Builder's that had stock and call them to ensure that they had the item. He made arrangements for the store to keep the item for us and explained our situation to them. He even followed up with us to ensure that we had received the item. He is an absolute gem with regards to his knowledge and going the extra mile to help a customer. We really appreciate everything you did for us, you are a star!
