Card with a balance that cannot by used to purchase goods or withdraw funds

I had a credit my in internet account from a refund baed on a order that was cancelled due to stock availability. I was instructed to get a builders card that will be linked to my profile then I will have access to my fund. I did it and the process was quick UNTIL I tried to use my credit to purchase good and use the credit on the card. The system said the funcs are blocked. I paid in cash and asjed for the full refund of my balance - having a card with a balance on it that you cannot use is useless. They could not process the refunf due to the same reason. I left 45 minutes later with a nalance on my buolders card that I cannot use or withdraw. Careful - do not fall for these fancy card schemes. Once they have your money then they do not care
