Can't Drill A Hole ...

If BU-CO Wierda Park was still around, I wouldn't even look at other hardware stores ... I needed a bracket to fit a nut that is tightened with a size 13 socket ... unfortunately the standard brackets are mm smaller ... The Builders Express in Raslouw Lifestyle are terrible - but in an emergency, what to do ... in this instance I didn't even bother to ask for help, I drove straight to Builders Centurion Lifestyle ... I asked the lady on the floor if they could drill a whole to fit my sample nut, granted she wouldn't necessarily know, she referred me to another gent - Thabiso/Tebogo/Thabo near the paint - he said I should try Power Tools - this was not the problem : PS I needed 4 x R40 = R160 I was going to pay + whatever it cost to drill the hole ... this is around 1300 on 6 December 2020 - a thin tall guy in a white tshirt at the counter by the 'rent power tools/machinery' counter told me go to power tools - I had to find it, eventually I did, the same guy walked passed and said heres a drill use it ... I needed a bigger drill bit - but the guy on the floor at power tools said we do not drill the items : so what the **** ? I stood there like an ****hole for at least 30 mins only to find out that you guys can't ****ing help me - really guys : what **** service - send me from pillar to post for nothing ! Man, BU-CO Wierda Park done everything, if I asked them to assemble a bookshelf purchased from Builders Warehouse they would have charged me R100.00 and assembled and loaded it for me - what a pity they closed down so many years ago !
