Cannot pay for my online order, also cannot cancel my order

I tried to order batteries online, the deal unfortunately is only online, once placing the order I was not redirected to the payment page, I refreshed the page to try again and there is no way to access the payment page again even from my order, I also did not receive an email with a link to do the payment its just stuck in status awaiting payment. So I sent an email to the link provided in help section, no joy, it been more than an hour no feedback. I phone the number provided in the help page the lady could not help me either, so I asked her to cancel the order (as there is no way to do that either on the website). She cant cancel it, she needs to phone the builders closest to me to cancel the order, which makes absolutely no sense as you can only order the product online. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED!!!! Will NEVER buy anything from this online store ever. Its the worst, most unuserfriendly site I have ever worked on.
