Cannot manage their orders nor their clients

my order was placed on 4/8/2017. I have not received my order yet. for almost 3 weeks they promised delivery but nothing arrived. Last week Thursday I requested a refund, Its Tuesday... no sign of money and no communication from Builders or Builders trade Depot Wetton.

Hi Labeeqah, I was called by Rafiek from Builders Wetton store yesterday, after thinking that the issue was resolved based on the refund! He said that he had reserved a similar tank for me. Both Kobus and Rafiek personally attended to my sale in store this morning and I wish to thank them both for going the extra mile and assisting me to complete the sale at the same price. Many Thanks to you, Kobus and Rafiek once again. In fact, I heard from home that the delivery was completed at the time of writing this comment. All good Builders!
