Canned replies add insult to injury
I've had two unpleasant experiences with Builders Warehouse online orders today ... a toxic mix of clueless and inconsiderate.
But for this 1-star review I just have to point out the atrociously generic insincere "replies" on their HelloPeter complaints. It's just one empty canned platitude after another.

That sounds incredibly frustrating — especially when you’re already annoyed about the actual service issues and then see those copy-paste “we value your feedback” replies on top of it. It can feel dismissive rather than helpful.
