Cancelled order, struggle with getting refund

I ordered vacuum cleaners at Builderssa in August and they cancelled my order, I have been calling them and emailing for my refund. They reported that they processed my refund on the 4th September after I had to ask them about my money since they cancelled the order. The refund has not reflected on my account and Im not getting any proper feedback. I have been calling and writing on their social media page but seemingly their customer service is poor.
