Cancelation of order without informing me

I bought items online, I collected them at Northgate cape Town. There was no stock of the Karcher steam cleaner sc4 but I was told that it will be delivered. This was in the 13 November 2020. I phoned them in the 30 November because it was supposed to be delivered that day. It wasn't. I was then told that it will be delivered òn 4 December. This didn't happen. I was then told the 18th December that it will be delivered. I went online today 15 December and it was canceled . I phoned and was told that there is no stock. How can you sell something that is not in stock. Nobody had the decency to ph me and let me know what happened. I am so angry because I waited for over a month only to be told its canceled. I phoned so many times and spent so much time and energy to get my item. Now I'm told ill get a refund in 3 days....I don't want a refund i want my karcher.
