Can I please have my order

Hello im very disappointed with the service I'm receiving from Builders I really did not expect this from them and I don't think I'll ever use their online platform anymore or even purchase from them I placed an order using their Online platform on 13th and my order was splitted among 2 stores Which was Riverhorse and Springfield then Riverhorse delivered their part on Friday the 14th thanks alot Riverhorse then the Springfield store up until today they haven't delivered and it is not like their going to drive 200km to deliver my order coz where I leave it's only 15 minutes away from the store I want my order delivered urgently please 😡😡😡
