Call centre is so ridiculously stupid
I wanted to phone the Helderberg branch. The number on google redirects to a call centre. The person on the other end wanted to help me by looking on the website. Wow. I want to phone the branch. I can browse the website myself. I had a specific question for a specific department at that store. This is unbelievably lame and convoluted just to get information.
