Call centre is a nightmare

Re Document number B*** It is a nightmare contacting your call centre. I call A who calls be to query who then advises A whats up who then calls me back and tells me the bad news. I say not acceptable so then A calls B again who now does not answer the phone so A will now send an email to B and maybe I will get an answer in the morning as to if my order is ready for collection. All along all the Builders staff are apologising for the bad service. The call centre is a nightmare to have to deal with.
