Call centre

Why why why cant we not phone a store directly. These call centre thing is nonsense. On 2 times now I was not helped correctly. Went to the stire and there I find the exact product that the call xentre told me they dint stock. This is a 30 minute drive from me. If I could have just spoken to someone at the store. Same thing this morning.
