Saturday I bought 3 items at the Emalahleni branch. I presented my BWH card, so they have all my details. Their payment system asked me to confirm the rand value of the purchase so I did. I presented my bank card for payment. It went through on my telephone and I showed it to the cashier. BWH system still said waiting. He hit the cash register's tray with his fist, still waiting.The cashier called his "manager"that was outside bathing in the sun. She came and also hit the drawer with her fist, she called another lady, which also hit the drawer with her fist with no avail. Still waiting. She went to another computer and shouted to the cashier that she cannot find the transaction. this is now 15 minutes later. I went to the lady that shouted, then a man also came to her. He tells me they have a problem. I will have to wait till Monday(today) so that they can see if their book keeping dept can trace my transaction and payment. I asked him what is the solution to the problem. He said they have no solution I will have to wait. So after waiting for 20 minutes at the cashier, blocking other customers, I left after paying for my purchase , but without the goods. I have checked my bank statement, the money was transferred on Saturday and not reversed. It is now 11:45 on Monday , 6 November 2023 and BWH haven't contacted me to sort out the problem! I felt I have been ******!
