BWH dont care about customer service

On the 14 July 2021 i went to BWH in Secunda.There is no one to help you when you walk into there and if you dont ask for someone to help you wil walk the whole day in there by yourself.In the end i bought over R15000.00 ,some cubberd they said they wil order it for me,when i went back on the 20 July i went back to collect my cubberd,They did not have received it and they said they dont make it any more.I choose then a different cubberd and pay double what i have paid for firs one.In the end i have spend more than R3000.00 in there again and i have to go to pickup to get it.At the pickup point i have waited more than 45min because they could not find it.Then they did not even find the toilet seat either and have to take the 1 that was on display.
