B/W Centurion bad service
Found tiles on special at B/W Faerie Glen. Needed 150sqm and they didn't have enough. Andries from tiling checked the system and found that B/Centurion had the exact quantity I needed. He phoned them for 20min straight with no answer. I drove there today to be told that the B/W Faerie Glen special is not applicable to them and they refused to sell the tiles at that price. Robert was the attendant at tiles at Centurion. Absolute useless. Will escalate this
