BUULDERS IS THE WORST!

I ordered a desk online on the 7th of January 2022. It wad supposed to be delivered on the 17th of January 2022. The 17th came, and it went, and no delivery. So, I called builders on the 18th and was told that it would be delivered on the 21st of January. On the 21st, I see that on my profile it srill says that my order has not been shipped. I call builders to confirm that my order will come. This guy then tells me that THEY HAVE NO STOCK. ***? I ordered 3 weeks ago, and now they want to tell me no stock. Also, why must I call to find out, why didn't builders inform me that they don't have stock. And how can you sell stuff to me online, R1750 order, when you don't have stock?
