Business that refuses to operate within the legal framework of the country

I I went into the fourways crossing branch on Saturday afternoon. I picked up a few plants and picked up 2 baskets which had a stand up price of R230.00 in front. When I got to the till it scanned a much higher price. When with the staff and called the manager and the said price was still there. According to the CPA , the price you see is the price you pay. Gor hold of customer service who assured me that the branch staff will be in contact with me on Sunday . However that has not happened. The attitude of the staff at builders leaves much to be desired . Everyone needs to operate within the legal framework of the country and builders has refused to do the same
