I went to your store in Centurion Lifestyle. We just moved into a house and needed to renovate. I purchased 2 toilet sets one for our bathroom and one for the outside loo. I was charged R250 more for one set but got 2 exact same toilet sets. The bottom portions were already installed when the guys noticed that the cistern did not match. My dad went back to get a refund and the correct toilet and he was told that we must wait for a rep to come and see the toilets at our house???!!! I have never had such pathetic service before. I have been ****** by your store and now I must wait until YOU are ready to sort it out! PATHETIC!
